Our goal is to provide every student with a safe, positive, and productive learning experience. To help students make consistent progress and to ensure fair scheduling for all families, we ask that the following expectations be observed.

Lesson Attendance

Students are expected to attend all scheduled driving lessons. Consistent attendance is essential for skill development and retention.

  • Students who need to reschedule a lesson must provide at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to the school's late cancellation policy.
  • If the instructor arrives at the scheduled pick-up location and the student is unavailable, the lesson will be considered a no-show and handled in accordance with the school's cancellation policy.

Consistent Scheduling

Driver training is most effective when lessons are completed on a regular schedule.

Repeated cancellations, frequent rescheduling, or extended gaps between lessons may delay a student's progress and may affect the school's ability to continue providing instruction.

Lesson Completion

All lessons must be completed within 180 days of the original enrollment date unless otherwise approved by the school in writing.

Any refunds or account credits are subject to the terms outlined in the enrollment agreement.

Instructor Assignments

Just Drive Right makes every effort to provide continuity by assigning the same instructor whenever possible. However, instructor assignments are based on availability and operational needs and cannot be guaranteed.

Instructor changes may occur due to scheduling, illness, vacation, staffing changes, or other business considerations.

Student Readiness

Students should arrive for each lesson prepared to participate safely.

This includes being:

  • Well-rested and alert.
  • Free from the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or impairing substances.
  • Physically and emotionally able to participate safely in driving instruction.
  • In possession of a valid learner's permit or driver's license, when required.

Students who are unable to safely participate in a lesson may be required to reschedule.

Medical Conditions

Parents and students are encouraged to inform the school of any medical condition, disability, or other circumstance that may affect driving instruction or require reasonable accommodations.

Just Drive Right will make reasonable efforts to support students within the scope of its instructional program, available resources, insurance coverage, and safety requirements.

Communication

Open communication is encouraged throughout the training process. Parents and students should promptly notify the school of any scheduling concerns or changes that may affect upcoming lessons.

Discontinuation of Services

The school reserves the right to decline or discontinue instruction when, in its professional judgment, circumstances prevent the effective, safe, or practical delivery of services. Examples may include, but are not limited to:

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows.
  • Ongoing scheduling difficulties.
  • Failure to comply with school policies.
  • Safety concerns involving the student or others.
  • Circumstances that prevent the school from providing instruction consistent with its operational capabilities.

Any refund, if applicable, will be determined in accordance with the enrollment agreement. The issuance of any refund outside the terms of the agreement is solely at the discretion of the school and does not constitute a waiver of school policy.

By enrolling in our program, students and parents acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these policies.
